From the start, we’ve had a dream to build a community centred around a love of hand-crafted croissants and pastries, artisanal bread, and really great coffee - and the pure enjoyment of sharing these experiences together. 

From what began as humble origins in ‘the shed’ at the Bellevue Street garage, rolling up the doors every Saturday for six hours only, is now a seven-day operation in our bespoke space in Campbell Street with a dedicated following.

Crafted with love, every creation is meticulously shaped by the skilled hands of our bakers, who invest their time in handcrafting food that is made to be savoured.

Dedicated to mindful consumption, we take pride in our close collaboration with local suppliers and are proud to partner with small-scale farmers and intentional producers who are committed to producing unparalleled products.
