  • Most catering packs serve around five people.

    For larger groups, many customers simply order multiple boxes to build a catering spread.

    For example:

    • 10 people — 2 boxes

    • 20 people — 4 boxes

    • 30 people — 6 boxes

  • Yes. Many customers order a combination of packs to create variety.

    For example, you might pair a Morning / Afternoon Tea Pack with Mini Danish Packs or add Mixed Sandwiches or Quiche Packs for savoury options.

  • Orders need to be placed at least three days in advance so everything can be baked fresh.

  • All catering orders are placed through our online store.

    Simply browse the catering menu, select your packs, and choose your pickup window at checkout.

  • Catering orders can be collected between 7am and 4pm.

    You can select your preferred pickup window when placing your order online.

  • Yes. Some catering packs are fully vegetarian, including the Mini Vegetarian Quiche Pack.

    Other packs may also contain vegetarian items.

  • Currently catering orders are available for pickup from The Baker’s Duck bakery in Toowoomba - 124 Campbell St, Toowoomba City QLD 4350.
