Spring Berry Danish

Croissant Danish brushed with warm honey glaze, topped with creamy vanilla mousse and a vibrant mixed berry gelee, topped with fresh raspberries, blackberries, and blueberries. A light, fruity treat perfect for spring.

Yuzu Crème Brûlée Tartelette

Delicate croissant tart filled with tangy yuzu custard and gel, topped with a crisp caramelised sugar crust, a zesty twist on a classic crème brûlée.

Pistachio Croissant Bar

Buttery croissant bar with a hollowed centre filled with rich pistachio Dubai filling and bright raspberry-lychee compote, topped with a swirl of rose mousse, slivered pistachios, delicate rose petals, and fresh raspberries, finished with a dusting of raspberry icing sugar. A fruity twist on the popular chocolate Dubai, perfect for spring.

Salted Honey Palmier

Light, crisp palmiers glazed with golden honey and finished with a sprinkle of salt flakes. Sweet, delicate, and perfectly balanced for a light treat.

Citrus Lattice Cookie

Delicate croissant lattice encasing the floral notes of Sakura and bright grapefruit Jaconde, layered with zesty citrus marmalade on a citrus shortcrust, finished with a clear glaze. A light, refreshing treat celebrating spring flavours.

Caramel Latte Basque Cheesecake

Shakshuka Danish

Laminated danish layers filled with hummingbird cake and pineapple compote, injected with pineapple-lime crémeux, and topped with dried pineapple.

Caramelised Onion, Parmesan and Roast Potato Loaf

We've combined in-house roasted potatoes, tasty parmesan cheese and delicious caramelised red onion with our delicious organic flours to create this (soon-to-be) iconic fan favourite.
