SUMMER HAS ARRIVED AT OUR INDEPENDENT LOCAL BAKERY IN TOOWOOMBA
At The Baker’s Duck, summer has officially landed.
We have refreshed the cabinet with a seasonal line-up built around ripe fruit and pastries designed for long, sunny mornings that turn into leisurely afternoons.
Here’s what’s on the menu
Mango Sticky Rice Croissant Bar
This is the one that stops people mid-step. A golden croissant bar layered with ripe mango and coconut richness, inspired by the familiar comfort of mango sticky rice. Buttery, softly sweet, and visually striking, it delivers indulgence with clarity. A true summer hero.
Maple Sea Salt Palmier
Crisp, caramelised layers folded with rich maple sweetness and finished with a light scattering of sea salt. This palmier is all about contrast. Shatteringly crisp edges give way to deep butteriness, with the salt stepping in just in time to keep everything balanced. Simple in form, quietly indulgent, and far more addictive than it looks.
Passionfruit Basque Cheesecake
